Fix a record
If a shop has moved, the website 301s elsewhere, the brand line has changed, or the listing belongs to a closed business — let us know. The faster we hear, the faster the directory stays accurate.
What helps us most
When you send a correction, include as much of this as you have:
- The directory URL of the shop record that needs fixing
- The shop's current website (so we can re-extract signals)
- The Google Maps listing URL
- What changed and how you know — a press release, a social post, a phone call you made
What we will and won't change
- Will fix on a same-day pass
Address typos, dead phone numbers, closed shops, broken website links, brand-line updates with a source URL.
- Will queue for review
Disputed signal detections (where the shop says they don't offer X but our matcher hit it), warranty wording, source-of-record changes that need a re-crawl.
- Won't change without sourcing
Service additions ("we also do residential") need to land on the public site or Maps listing first — that's where the directory pulls from.
- Won't accept paid placement
Listing position is editorial, not paid. There's no fast-track. There's no boost package. There's no Pro tier.
